The hotel has a great location very close to the inner harbor. The rooms, although small and dated, are dark but comfortable. The service was pleasant and friendly, but there were issues with Valet parking. The dining experience was overpriced for the lack of food choices. The price is reasonable for the location, although it doesn't feel the safest. The facilities are average.

Upon arrival, I found the rooms to be very clean, but I was surprised by how the hotel could manage to get so much wrong all in one room. Overall, a mixed experience.
Rooms

The rooms are very clean, but the layout is very close, reducing privacy when the window is open.
Service

From the general manager to the front desk and the folks working in the bakery and Tavern, the service was a bit inconsistent. Some staff seemed unsure of what they were doing.

The location is near the downtown area, but it can be hard to walk anywhere from the hotel. There are plenty of hotels in the area that offer better service and nicer amenities.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities like a flat-screen TV, fridge, and single-cup coffee maker, but the lack of natural light made the room a bit dark. Although the king room was smaller than expected, the service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff offering great assistance. The location was convenient for accessing the convention center and harbor, but the overall dining experience fell short with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered good value for the money.
